Eligibility
Marriage Finder is intended for individuals who are of legal marriageable age in India and are genuinely seeking a matrimonial match for themselves or, where customary, on behalf of a family member. By creating a profile, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use the platform.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your profile.
Profile Content
You agree to provide truthful information on your profile and not to impersonate any other person. Profiles found to contain false, misleading, or duplicate information may be suspended or removed without notice.
Acceptable Use
Members may not use Marriage Finder for any commercial solicitation, harassment, or unlawful purpose. Abusive behaviour, spam, or attempts to circumvent our verification process may result in account suspension.
Membership Plans
Creating a profile, browsing matches, and sending interests is free. Premium plans, where offered, unlock additional features such as priority visibility and advanced filters, and are billed as described at the time of purchase.
Reporting & Safety
If you encounter a profile or message that violates these terms, please use the in-app Report option or contact our support team. Our Trust & Safety team reviews reports and takes appropriate action on confirmed violations.
Limitation of Liability
Marriage Finder facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee a match or the accuracy of information provided by other members. Members are responsible for exercising their own judgement when communicating with and meeting other members.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Marriage Finder after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
